Bengaluru, May 9: According to survey report, Congress party will emerge as the single largest party in the state and likely to form the government.
As per the Shining India Survey Karnataka Opinion Poll 2023 report, prepared by Rithvik Shining from Karnataka, released at the press club will garner following percentage of votes.
Sample survey has been conducted from January 12 to April 20. A sample size of 2,98,316 voters have been considered.
According to the survey report, the Congress party will emerge single largest party with 124 seats while BJP may get 69. JDS would settle for third place with 26 seats and 5 seats go in favour of independents.
One has to see whether Congress party’s five ambitious projects like 200 units of free electricity, Rs. 2000 stipend for unemployed graduate, allowance for housewives, free 10 kgs rice per family, free travel passes in government buses for women or Narendra Modi’s massive road show for two days in 24 Vidhana Sabha constituencies in Bengaluru urban area or Pancharatna Rathayatra of JDS party have won the heart of voter.
Voting will begin on May 10 from 7 am to 6 pm.
Poll results will be announced on May 13 and the final result will be out by 1 pm to decide on the new government.
