Actress Karunya Ram Drives Handicrafts Fair at CKP for Christmas and New Year

Bangalore, December 17: Grand Flea Market organized ‘The Souq’ (Market) at the premises of Karnataka Chitrakala Parishad. Actress Karunya Ram, Greeshma Gowda inaugurated the exhibition and sale of these handicrafts to be held from December 16 to December 25. Chairman of Chitrakala Parishad Dr. B.L. Shankar participated in the inaugural as the chief guest.

Inaugurating the program, actress Karunya Ram said, ‘I have heard a lot about the souq market. It is a great pleasure to organize this fair at Chitrakala Parishad during Christmas. There are more than a hundred stores here. Each item is wonderful and different. I especially like light colored cotton, kalamkari, ornaments, paintings. Here are all the things you need for home decoration. There are many things that women and artists like. There are no middlemen as the products are sold directly by the manufacturer. Speaking about this fair, actress Greeshma Gowda said, ‘All colors make their presence in this fair which will be held for ten days. Here are many items that appeal to customers.
