Narayan Seva Sansthan to organize Artificial Limb Measurement in Bengaluru

Bengaluru, July 14: Narayan Seva Sansthan, a prestigious and nationally acclaimed NGO from Udaipur, is set to organize a mega limb-measurement camp aimed at the welfare of differently-abled individuals in Bengaluru. The free of cost camp will be held in city on July 16th.

The organization’s relentless dedication in uplifting individuals who have lost limbs due to accidents has been commendable. The camps help them in freeing from the hardships of disability. With 38 years of experience in the disability sector, Sansthan is committed to make a difference in life of differently-abled people, said Bhagwan Prasad Gaur, the Media and Public Relations Officer of Narayan Seva Sansthan.

The camp will be held from from 9 am to 5 pm on July 16 at the B Arasoji Rao Kalyana Mantapa, 168, R V Road, Near Minerva Circle, Vishweshwarapuram.

This camp marks the 988th installment under the “Kuan Pyase Ke Paas” initiative of the Sansthan and is dedicated to the cause in Bengaluru.

Rajat Gaur, highlighted the unique nature of this free of cost camp. He said the Differently-abled individuals will be provided care and assistance by a team of experienced Orthoptists and prosthetic doctors from the Sansthan.

Patients will undergo systematic measurements for the production of high-quality, lightweight and durable prosthesis tailored to their needs. The Institute will subsequently organize a modular artificial limb distribution camp, providing the prosthesis to the beneficiaries at free of cost within approximately one month, based on their measurements.

Rohit Tiwari, the coordinator of the camp, mentioned that beneficiaries must bring their Aadhaar card, disability certificate and two photographs depicting their disability. Additionally, complimentary meals will be distributed to the patients at the camp site.
