MSIL honoured Asia One Global Indian of the Year 2021-22

Bengaluru, Sep. 3: Mysore Sales International Ltd (MSIL)., popularly known as MSIL is a premier Govt. of Karnataka organization is a vibrant, multi-product, multi-dimensional marketing organization has bagged Asia One Global Indian of the Year 2021-22 award. The award will be conferred on August 25 at Taj Palace hotel in New Delhi.

Asia One Magazine and URS Media International has selected MSIL for the prestgious award.

The MSIL is stepping towards completing six decades of service to public. The MSIL has successfully marketed wide range of products and services including Retail Liquor, Chit Fund, Notebooks, Stationery, Solar Water Heater, Tours & Travels and Generic Medicine.

The concept of chit fund came into existence from MSIL to bail out general and gullible people from getting cheated. Presently, over 2 lakh customers are benefitting from the chit services from its 26 chit fund branches.

About 980 MSIL liquor outlets are being maintained and it is providing quality liquor at Maximum Retail Price (MRP). MSIL is the leader in stationery items like Vidya and Lekhak books and has provided employment to hundreds of poor and needy people.

In an attempt to promote renewable energy from the government, MSIL is jumped into providing solar water heater and other products to general public.

As many as 87 generic medicine outlets under the Pradhana Mantri Janoushad scheme are being operational at the government hospital premises. It helping poor people to access medicines at affordable price. Besides, MSIL is offering National and International tour packages at affordable prices.

In toto, the MSIL has registered a turnover of 2901 crore in 2021-22 and has earned a net profit of Rs. 91 crore. The company has increased its profit by 33 per cent vis-à-vis last financial year. It is estimated to touch a total turnover of Rs. 3350 and net a profit of Rs 110 crore in 2022-23.

Asia One Magazine and URS Media International conducts a global survey every every year to identify successful institutions and personalities and honour them.
