Bangalore, February 04 : Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said that investigation will be conducted if there is a complaint about the officials delaying to pass the bill of the works under the Nagarothana project.
He was speaking to the media in Davangere today.
He was reacting to the allegations made by the contractors of 10 districts that the officials are delaying to pass the work bill under the Nagarothana project.
List to be finalized after consultation
The CM said that the list of candidates for the Lok Sabha elections will be ready as soon as possible and that the survey regarding the selection of the candidates is going on.
Responding to Minister Lakshmi Hebbalar’s son aspiring to contest in Lok Sabha elections, he said that the number of ticket seekers is more in Congress, the list will be finalized after taking the opinion from local leaders, block committee presidents, MLAs and MPs.
Reacting to the issue of not allowing Iswarananda Swamiji inside the Bagur Channakesava temple, the CM said that he is not aware of the incident and cannot respond.
Responding about Bharatha Rathna announced to Advani , the CM said that , Let the award be given to Advani, we have not opposed it , but I had written a letter requesting to bestow Bharatha Rathna award to Tumkuru Siddhagangaswamy.
