Bengaluru: BESCOM has organised third vidyut adalat in 82 villages of 8 districts of BESCOM jurisdiction on Saturday.
Around 2500 customers have attended the Adalats, submitted the representation regarding power related issues.
BESCOM MD, Mahantesh Bilagi attended the adalat organised in Kukkuvada village of Davangere district, he has received grievances of billing, power connections and meeter related issues.

BESCOM MD has directed the officials concerned to resolve the issues raised by the consumers.
BESCOM Director (Technical) D. Nagarjuna has attended the Adalat at Kanakutte village in Malakalmooru taluk of Chitradurga district.
Today, 824 representations recieved in which , 250 have been resolved at the spot and remaining applications have been forwarded to officials concerned, said BESCOM release.

Customers have raised the power related issues like, interruptions, electric polls, additional TCs, meeter and billing issues.
Meanwhile, BESCOM officials has also shared the information to the customers about its various schemes including 75 units free power supply to SC-ST consumers.
Vidyut Adalats have been organised every third Saturday in a month.
