AAP challenges the government to take action against corrupt ministers

Bengaluru, May 25:

The BJP party has been claiming that it is giving clean amd corruption-free government. But, is BJP following it is the question.

Meanwhile, the Aam Aadmi Party’s (AAP) state convener, Prithvi Reddy, has demanded that the Karnataka government expel corrupt ministers from the cabinet, like the AAP government did in Punjab.

Addressing a press conference on Wednesday at the Press Club in Bangalore, Prithvi Reddy said: “Bhagwant Mann has dismissed a minister and ordered an investigation, knowing that he is taking a percentile commission. Mann was sacked before the opposition and the media demanded the resigned minister’s resignation.

However, most of the ministers in Karnataka, where the BJP is ruling, have been accused of corruption but no action has been taken despite the people demanding resignation. ”

“Aam Aadmi Party is constantly fighting corruption. AAP has filed several complaints against 40% corruption in roadblocks. We are constantly protesting, making news and uncovering corruption. But this deaf government does not have the courage to take action against the Ministers. There are serious allegations against Dr. Sudhakar, Munirathna and many other ministers. The contractors have accused these ministers before media for their 40% commission business in their works. The Swamijis also have alleged that 30% commission has to be given to get the grant for the Mathas. “All the tainted ministers should be sacked soon,” he said.

“Health Minister Sudhakar was accused of irregularities in the purchase of Kovid equipment” retired IPS officer and AAP leader Bhaskar Rao said. He also said that the AAP has repeatedly called for the resignation of Minister Munirathna over alleged irregularities on 118.26 crores scam as proved by Lokayukta investigation. Minister of State for External Affairs, Dr. C N Ashwath Narayan has been repeatedly heard in PSI and Asst.professor’s recruitment scam. Minister Bairati Basavarajura is accused of forging a 36-acre herd in KR Puram by creating a forged document. There is a stigma attached to Minister V Somanna’s excessive income.

Minister R. Ashok has been involved in 79 A / B illegality. There is a video evidence for Minister Shashikala Jolle has raised Rs 27 crore illegally, in egg purchases. The illegal deal is recorded in the video. Thousands of farmers have been accused of illegally obtaining crop loans in the name of minister Nirani.

Minister B.C. Patil is involved in fertilizer trafficking in other states. It is unfortunate that the government is not taking any action despite serious allegations against many ministers. ”he said.

Former KAS officer and AAP leader K. Mathai said, “Officials have informed about the bribe of Rs. 20 lakh to Rs.5 crores, But the Lokayukta and the ACB have not sentenced anyone in the last five years. The whole system of the state is corrupted and our honourable Chief Minister Bommai is busy in protecting the same”
