ExpressBengaluru, Feb. 13: The Global Investors Summit on Wednesday witnessed the energetic participation of M.B. Patil, Minister for Large and Medium Industries. Patil’s active engagement throughout the event stood out, as he arrived early at the Palace Grounds and inaugurated the “Innovation Exhibition” alongside Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar.
Following the inauguration, Patil visited each stall, interacting with the exhibitors, inquiring about the latest research, technological advancements, and innovations, and gaining valuable insights. His curiosity and enthusiasm for new technologies were evident as he learned more about the emerging trends in various sectors.
Later, Patil took part in a roundtable discussion on KWIN City with distinguished medical professionals to discuss investments.
Meanwhile, he got engaged in strategic partnerships with organisations such as the World Economic Forum and the Swiss India Chamber of Commerce. These collaborations were aimed at advancing mutual economic goals and fostering global business relationships, with Patil successfully bringing these conversations to a logical and productive conclusion.
Throughout the day, Patil engaged in discussions with ambassadors from various countries, top-level representatives, and prominent industrialists. He emphasised Karnataka’s industrial policies, the state’s investment incentives, and business-friendly initiatives.
Patil also made sure to personally meet with representatives from delegations from Bahrain and Japan to further strengthen international ties.
