“Useful, Honourable, and Compassionate! Live and not just survive!
The supreme irony of life is that no one gets out of it alive! So Live LIFE to the fullest when you are alive and not just survive. Laugh more, love deeper, and live fully! Pray for moments of peace amidst chaos! Pray for glimpses of beauty in the everyday life! See every day as a gift, not a test. Don’t “sleep-walk” through life!
The purpose of life is not merely to be happy. It is to be useful, honourable, and compassionate and to make some difference that you have lived and lived well. We are often in the midst of uncertainty and adversity grappling with frustration and despair. Deep down, don’t just get through life – embrace it, experience it, and cherish it. Live and live lively!
I judge myself by my good intentions and noble acts! But, I know I will be judged by my last worst act. I have learnt that in life Respect is earned, Honesty is appreciated, Trust is gained and Loyalty is returned. In life -never regret anything that once made you smile. Understand That It’s Okay to Fail – that’s how you succeed. Help someone and experience the joy!
Life seems to have turned into a series of challenges to overcome rather than a journey to be cherished. Wake up with a sense of wonder -a feeling of child-like delight, amazement, and admiration, curious about what the day might bring. Life isn’t a bed of roses. Don’t make it one of thorns!
Use money and love people. Don’t love money and use people. Love and money are always at odds! Money is a necessity in this world – for financial stability and for the relationship to flourish. Love offers emotional support, deep connection, and a sense of belonging. These intangible benefits often provide the glue that holds a relationship together during tough times.
When you have Money with you, you forget who you are! When you do not have money, others forget who you are! To go after money is greed. To have money and flaunt it is vulgar! To spend it is reckless! But giving it to others in need is kindness! It takes you to god! There is grudging but overwhelming admiration for those who make lot of money. Society envies you! If you have In addition, good qualities it adores you.
Youth would be an ideal state if it came a little later and stayed all life. You’re never too old to feel young. Old age is always a bit older than you are! May you have enough happiness to make you sweet, enough trials to make you strong, enough sorrows to keep you human, enough hope to make you happy and enough money to keep you comfortable!.
Whenever I hear the words, “How old are you,” I stutter for an answer: My chronological age is a matter of years in existence, my biological age is vital, my psychological age is growing, my emotional age is mature and my functional age is young. How old would you be if you didn’t know how old you are – a man is as old as he feels or his woman makes him feel!
The good news is we are living longer than ever before. The bad news is we are living with increasing disability and decreased quality of life due to chronic diseases. Half of us have at least one chronic disease. A quarter has two or more. Living longer is a goal. Now it’s a reality for many. But living better is just as important as living longer.
Live to Thrive, prosper and enjoy! Don’t let others choose your path for you! Learn to get comfortable with yourself! Be accountable and be responsible! Appreciate! Don’t be jealous! Be prepared to win but remember you cannot always win! Money is important in life! Remember you don’t have to be the richest man in the cemetery! Capture the essence of fulfilment in life. Leave behind a legacy defined by meaningful achievements and accomplishments.
Life can be understood only backwards but has to be lived forwards. The mistakes are clothed under the name – experience. I believe People are more of what they hide than what they show. We all see in us many virtues we do not have.
When life gives you a hundred reasons to cry, show life that you have a thousand reasons to smile! Aging is something that kind of sneaks up on you. Hard to believe that back in the eighties I was thirty something and felt I had the world by its tail. Growing old is like being penalized for crimes you have not committed. I have grown old too soon and smart not yet!
“YOLO”-you only live once. Simple but true. It’s equally true – it’s not the years in your life that count. It’s the life in your years. Regret for the things we did can be tempered by time; it is regret for the things we did not do that is inconsolable! What matters is – the depth, warmth and integrity of the relationships you build!
Living is not simple! There is always something missing always something we are running after, always something that we seek, want, need and desire. The road is never smooth! In life all of us have an unspeakable secret, an irreversible regret, an unreachable dream and an unforgettable love. Live and love!
