Bengaluru, Oct 21: Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar today advised Member of Parliament B Y Raghavendra not to join the list of ‘hit and run’ leaders.
Speaking to reporters at his Sadashivanagar residence, he said, “Let him release documents to support his allegations. Let him not become like the other hit and run leaders. His name should not become synonymous with lies.” He was replying to a reporter who pointed out to Raghavendra alleging that the state government was putting pressure on government officials to mobilise funds for Bihar elections.
Burst crackers responsibly
Extending Deepavali greetings to the people of the state, the DCM said, “I call upon the people to burst crackers responsibly. There are already reports of cracker injuries, I request people to be careful.”
