Belagavi: A Hybrid Job fair scheduled to be held here at the Gogate engineering college campus located in Udyam Bagh here from Dec 23 will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Basavaraja Bommai, Dr.C.N.Ashwatha Narayana, Minister for Higher Education, IT/BT, and Skill Development stated on Tuesday.
Speaking here to the media, he told, candidates who have completed B.E., B.Tech., M.Tech., Diploma and ITI can participate in the fair. He added, the candidates should have Aadhar card, Educational certificate, Marks card (both original & Xerox of these), 2 passport size photos and a minimum of 5 resumes with them and there will be no entry fee.
More than 40 companies including TCS, Wipro, HCL, Byjus, HP, Narayana Group, UTL, Ola, Tata Communications, Tata Business Hub Ltd, Jasmin Infotech, Toyota have consented to participate in the fair. For those who are selected on Dec 23rd, the second round of the interview will be conducted on Dec 24th. For those who are not selected, suitable training on imparting skill sets will be planned based on the analyses of shortfalls that come into notice,” Narayana told.
