Member engagement and patriotic “Rang De Basanti” program by JITO Bangalore North Chapter
Bengaluru: To increase networking, strengthen the spirit of harmony, and with the objective of making aware and inform about the activities of the chapter, give details of the plans implemented in a short period of 10 months and the main events in the future of the newly established chapter, JITO Bangalore North organized the program – “Rang De Basanti” under the Amritkal Festival of JITO Apex in the presence of the freedom fighters of Kargil.
This program filled with the Patriotism and Nationalism of Independence Day was organized at Anantiya of the Palace Ground. National award winner, Lyricist, author of famous songs, motivational speaker Manoj Muntashir Shukla, who specially participated in the program, won everyone’s heart with his presentation.
National awardee Manoj Muntashir, showing his feelings towards the Jain community, said in the program that “The one who wipes his own tears is himself – the one who wipes the tears of others is a Jain”. For Jain society, he also said that “Jain’s are less in number but not weak”. He said that despite being the most prosperous caste of India, Jain society keeps the spirit of non-violence in mind, Jain society earns with both hands, in the same way, it is ahead in immersion of money in good deeds. Regarding JITO, he told the audience that this institution, which works with the aim of education-service and economic upliftment of the society, has also shown its patriotism by extending a helping hand whenever there was a disaster in the country along with Corona.
Filled with the spirit of patriotism, Manoj Muntashir told about his struggles in the program and said that “struggles are very funny”. Muntashir, the author of 750 famous songs like “Teri Galiyan and Teri Mitti Mein Mil Java”, said that after a lot of struggle, he started getting recognition in the film industry at Maya Nagri Mumbai with Shreya Ghoshal’s album “Hamnashi”. Keeping the feelings and thinking of the true sons of India towards “Mother India”, he said that “O mother, trust your children – we will paint the tricolor in the sky”. Through his presentation on patriotism, he emphasized the duties towards the country and the feeling of patriotism in the present audience. His emotional rendition on “Mother and Father” left everyone in the audience with moist-eye.
The “Rang De Basanti” program started with the hoisting of national Flag and JITO flags by JITO Bangalore North office bearers and freedom fighters and Kargil heroes Captain Naveen Nagappa and Havaldar V. Gumkar. After the Holy Navkar Mantra Smaran Kargil Heroes, Bengaluru Central MP Shri.P.C.Mohan, Apex Directors Vinod Jain and Hitesh Palrecha, Former JITO Bangalore Chairman Prakash Singhvi, Shripal Khivesra and Ashok Nagori, KKG Zone General Secretary Dilip Jain, JITO Bangalore North Chairman Inderchand Bohra and General Secretary Sudhir Gadiya, South General Secretary Deepak Srishrimal, Apex Women Vice President Lalitha Gulechha, former Apex Directors Sanjay Dhariwal and Gautam Desrala, JITO Bangalore North Ladies Wing Chairman Bindu Raisoni and General Secretary Suman Vedmutha, South Chairman Sunita Gandhi, North Youth Chairman Manish Kothari participated in the lighting of lamp. Welcoming everyone, North Chairman Inderchand Bohra said that the event would set an example of unity and patriotism and initiate a strong bond among JITO members. MP Shri.P.C.Mohan gave his views on unity and patriotism and appreciated JITO’s service towards the society. KKG Zone General Secretary Dilip Jain appreciated the unity, solidarity and patriotism of this event. North General Secretary Sudhir Gadiya said that the mix of inspiration, entertainment and unity in the Rang De Basanti program reflects the true spirit of JITO.
Rang De Basanti program convener Siddharth Patwa, co-convener Rajkumar Solanki and Nitin Kataria gave credit for the success of the program to the guidance of all the Vice Chairman along with the North Chairman and General Secretary and the untiring efforts of all the members of the Managing Committee. He said that the program goes beyond speeches and announcements to celebrate the essence of patriotism through art and entertainment. Siddharth Bohra, Vice Chairman JITO Bangalore North said that during the event, Dr.Shyam performed a musical performance, an atmosphere was created of the colors of the Indian flag by Tiranga jamming. Matrimony scheme, JBN We Connect for women entrepreneurs and JITO Premier Cricket League were announced .Kargil warriors were felicitated during the event.
In the program, singer Hitesh Mehta Group gave a wonderful presentation of songs based on national spirit, which enthralled all the listeners. JITO Bangalore North Vice Chairman Praveen Shah and Subhash Khivesara, Treasurer Vijay Singhvi and Co-Treasurer Mishrimal Kataria, Secretaries Kamal Punmiya and Pramod Bafna, Committee members Amit Kothari, Ashok Bhandari, Mahendra Solanki, Om Jain, Sunil Saklecha, Vimalesh Bhandari and Prakash Lunawat, and Vice Chairman of JITO South Ashok Gajanan, Naresh Nibjia, Amit Mehta, Sushil Talesara along with many dignitaries and about 800 members of JITO Bangalore North were present in the program
