BDA receives excellent response from public to “Flat Mela”

Bengaluru, June 16:
The “Flat Mela” organized by Bangalore Development Authority on Saturday at Konadaspura housing complex has received excellent response from the public.

Only some 3 BHK flats are available in Nagarbavi Chandra layout at the “Flat Mela Among the flats, only some flats are available for allotment and rest of the flats have been sold. 2 BHK flats at Kaniminike and Flats at Konadaspur Phase-II (2 BHK) Block ‘F’ are available for allotment on first come first served basis.

The “Flat Mela” is being held from 9 am to 5 pm and huge number of public participated in the morning itself. A total 150 flats were sold on the spot and 75 allotment letters were received by the allottees. Due to technical reasons the buyers of the remaining 75 flats have issued cheques without paying the flat amount online. cheques will be returned and allotment letter will be issued after online payment during next week office hours. About 8 banks participated in this flat fair and 10 to 15 applications for loan facility were received for each bank. The Sale deed has already been registered for 50 flats sold at the “Flat Mela” in February.
