Bengaluru Express Bengaluru, 29 November 2025 In a significant development ahead of the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) elections, the Karnataka High Court on Saturday set aside the Electoral Officer’s decision to reject the nomination of Mr. K.N. Shanth Kumar for the post of President. A single-judge bench of Justice Suraj Govindaraj quashed the Electoral Officer’s order dated 24 November 2025. Speaking to the media shortly after the verdict, Mr. K.N. Shanth Kumar, Director of The Printers (Mysore) Private Limited, expressed relief and confidence:“There’s only one way you can view it. It’s a welcome development. I’m very relieved that the court has seen that I’m eligible. And now we’re working towards building for the election.
