Segregate dry and wet waste, clear block spots, and keep roads clean– Pommala Sunil Kumar
Bengaluru, Nov.3:
With the objective of enhancing the city’s cleanliness and aesthetics, Sri Pommala Sunil Kumar, Commissioner of Bengaluru North City Corporation, visited the mustering point at Maruthi Sevanagar in Sarvagnanagar Division and inspected the attendance and functioning of auto-tippers.
During the inspection, he instructed drivers and loaders to compulsorily wear gloves, and directed that all identified block spots be cleared immediately to ensure clean and debris-free roads. He also emphasized that dry and wet waste must be strictly segregated and disposed of appropriately by the auto-tipper drivers.
Joint Commissioner Mohammed Naem Momin, officials from Sarvagnanagar Division, and other concerned staff members were present during the inspection.
Commissioner Sri Pommala Sunil Kumar further stated that the city corporation teams are working diligently every day to maintain the city’s cleanliness, and appealed to the public to join hands in supporting this collective effort.
